AllwaysOn 3 node cluster with AG on node1 and another AG on node2 wit Node3 used as DR

I would like to have a 3 node WSFC where Node1 and node2 are in the samedata center and node3 is in another datacenter serving as the DR node.We would have 3 databases on Node1 as part of AG_A and then have threedatabases on Node2 as part of AG_B. Node1 (AG_A) would have Node2 serveras the Secondary replica and then Node2 (AG_B) would have Node1 serve asits secondary. Node3 would be the DR node for AG_A and AG_B...Node3 wouldhave enough resources to handle the load of both servers. Is this set up possible and are there any potential pitfalls to what I envision...Thanks for any advice...
