HiThe company I am working generally denies Server Admin rights to the DBA. I have to set up log shipping and I can see that with 2008 and earlier it required Server Admin rights(Local Admin) does that still apply in 2014, as I will need to request permissions. We only just acquired SQL Server and in my past life only done basic admin for 2005 and 2008. Large Oracle background as a DBA I have looked for documents on the Microsoft site but cannot find anything specific on this matter, any pointers to docs a web tips page appreciatedThanks
