Dear allWe recently upgraded from 2008 to 2014. Our SQL-servers are running in a SAN environment.Since the upgrade the ressource Waits have changed. Buffer IO and Network IO have skyrocketed. Please see attached pdf.Thise happens on three separate instances: production, test and Development.I Wonder if anyone could help me explain these ressource Waits, and if they would have an impact on performance. I'm a developer and don't know much about administration and server settings. However, we do not have a DBA on premisses, so I come to you for help.TIA, Jock
