Hi all,a question about licensing.If i understood licensing of SQL Server Standard for core, if i have a server with 2 processor with 4 core for processor, i must license SQL Server for 8 cores.But the question is: if i buy license for 4 core and install SQL Server on this server with 8 core, simply SQL Server does not use every core or i'm not legally licensed??I MUST buy license for every core of my server??Thank you very muchPaolo
