Hello Everyone,I have a Production Database that is in the AlwaysON Group. The transaction log has grown out of control and filling up the drive. Here is my setup:Full Backup Every night (Secondary replica) Log backups every hour (Secondary replica) Backup Preferences (Prefer Secondary) SQL 2014 I have been doing the log backups for months and the log was manageable, there was a huge increase in size and now I need to shrink the logs and reduce the size. I know it is not best practice to shrink but right now it is eating up space. I need to know a safe way to reduce the size and shrink the logs. I do not wish to remove it from the AG group if possible. Please help.
