SQL Server Performance Dashboards

I'm on SQL 2014 Enterprise with the SQL 2012 Performance Dashboards installed.1. There is the main dashboard showing current cpu utilization for the last 15 minutes and current waiting requests. If I click on any bar in the cpu utilization bar graph, it shows current active sessions, with 'active requests' being either 1 or 0.I see 2 active requests logged in but the Last Request Start Time and Last Request End time show 3 hours ago. The service account logged in and processing belongs to a consultant. The consultant is saying he didn't have anything running, but I see 2 active sessions, but he points out the Last Request Start Time and Last Request End time is 3 hours ago.....Is the time in those 2 column being 3 hours ago really show those sessions as it happened 3 hours ago, or is it just information letting me know when the last start and end time were and the sessions I am seeing are "Truly Active"???
