A few months back I raised some Connect items requesting that Transactional Replication is enhanced in a future version of SQL Server to allow replication of Columnstore and In-Memory objects. I also asked that Columnstore indexes could be used within an Indexed View.These have now all been closed as "Won't Fix". This means that we should not expect any enhancements to replication in these areas. In my opinion it also means that organisations should be planning their exit strategy if they are using transactional replication of any form.
