Databses with >40,000 Users

Hello.
Has anybody come across any issues with large numbers of Users in a database - i.e. >40,000.

We hit 32767 Users some time ago and the only thing that it seemed to break was Solarwinds DPA because it used the deprecated sys.sysproces
