We have two multiple instances on a server. When we tried to restore default instance, the database is getting created on named instance. We have created IPs for each instance and pointed the DNS to them. Everything seems to be working fine but we are seeing few issues with jobs and backup restores. Both the instances are listening on same port 1433. Any suggestions?
