hi,I have some questions, first: in CI, I read that the data is not stored in columns on any particular alphanumerical criteria...if I start a query like:SELECT ProductKey, SUM(SalesAmount)FROM TWHERE OrderDateKey > 20101108how does it find the specific columns that match the criteria when it's not sorted? Does it search through all values? My second question is:Where does the ROW-ID in CI come into play and where is the ROW-ID stored? in the Metadata of the blob directory?my third question:whats the "qualifying rows vector" in the CI? are all columns numbered through in some sort sequentially, and the QRV is just like a bitmap, that tells me where my matching criterias for the columns are? e.g if I have a Bitmap like 1101, it tells me that the first 2 rows and the fourth row matches my search criteria for the columns? and then it puts the columns together again?sorry but I'm still trying to figure out how this all comes together....
